Servicing and Calibration
Telegan’s Service Department offers
highly professional and efficient servicing of our full range
of products. Our in-house turn-round time is within 5 days,
however a priority service to suit your needs is available either
on contract or on an ad hoc basis. For Service contact teleganservice@crowcon.com. All repairs of certified
products carried out by Crowcon engineers are covered by our
Repairs Licence, which is issued by BASEEFA. We are the only
Gas Detection Company in the world to offer this. We are also
an ISO 9001:2000 accredited company. A certificate of calibration
is provided free of charge for each instrument.
To back up the Service Department and further
support our customers and sales teams, we have two highly
experienced Technical Support Engineers who can provide technical
information and advice on all aspects of gas detection. This
service is very highly regarded, both by customers and Crowcon
staff.
Advance 3 Portable Equipment Maintenance
Plan:
A 3-year inclusive contract aimed at portable
combustion analyser instruments, ensuring that your instrument
is constantly in peak condition. Covering all sensor and calibration
costs, this plan allows for fixed price running of your Sprint
and Tempest analysers at discounted rates. Please contact
the service department for a quotation for your instrument
and sensor configuration.
