UK Service Centre
Our Service and Training Department are fully equipped to offer comprehensive support for Telegan Gas products.
Telegan's Service Department offers highly professional and efficient servicing of our full range of products in-house via our highly experienced and fully equipped service engineers. Our in house turn-around time for service and repairs is normally 3-5 days. We are accredited to ISO 9001:2000. A certificate of calibration is provided free of charge for each instrument.
To support the Service Department and further assist our customers and sales teams, we have highly experienced Technical Support Engineers who can provide technical information and advice on all aspects of gas detection. This service is very highly regarded both by customers and Telegan staff.
Telegan's Service and Training facility is based alongside Crowcon in Abingdon
Telegan is able to offer a comprehensive range of training on all our products, giving our training delegates the knowledge and tools to solve the most simplest of problems up to the most difficult of operations. The pricing per day is very competitive and we can organise courses for up to 15 delegates in-house or for larger numbers of delegates the training can be carried out on-site.

A three year inclusive contract for portable combustion analyser instruments ensuring that your instrument is constantly in peak condition.
The Telegan repairs workshop based in Abingdon undertakes warranty work, routine repairs and servicing for our customers.
